Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item(s)
• Photos of the shipping packaging

After reviewing your request, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
